Our kids don’t need to feel 100% ready to lead, they need to feel believed in. Sometimes the biggest barrier isn’t skill, it’s self-doubt. When your child hesitates, your voice becomes the bridge between fear and courage. Instead of pushing, remind them: You've done hard things before. I saw you lead, help, speak up. That wasn't a fluke, that was you showing up as a leader. And if they still say “not yet,” lean in with: “It’s okay to feel unsure. Just know, I believe in you. You've got this.” That belief? It sticks. And it helps them rise when it matters most. I hope this helps you today.
