Screens are part of modern childhood. Panic doesn’t help. Shame doesn’t help. Extreme bans usually don’t last. What helps? Asking: “What is this replacing in my child’s life?” If screens crowd out connection, sleep, and responsibility — we adjust. If screens are part of a balanced life — we breathe. Parenting in 2026 isn’t about elimination. It’s about intention. #ScreenTime #ModernParenting #DrRobyn
